WorkoutExplorer's warm ups are based on exercises which improve your flexibility and coordination. In addition, they raise your pulse and deepen your breathing – the perfect preparation for an effective workout!

Our strength programs consist of body weight, barbell, dumbbell, rope and ball exercises. The effective combination of the exercises and their goal-orientated parameters like sets, reps, tempo and rest guarantee maximum results!

To improve speed and power, we have developed SAQ! These exercises are carried out at maximum speed and muscle contraction!
Cardiovascular Power
Highly effective endurance programs in which your pulse is monitored (heart rate monitor) to help you achieve maximum results.
Regeneration
After an intensive workout, a regeneration component provides an optimal transition from your training routine to the natural regeneration processes your body goes through between training sessions. The regeneration component can also be carried out on days that you don't actively train.

The solution for people with a desk job and those who would like to prevent back pain – WorkoutExplorer's Office Channel provides exercises that you can do at your desk or in the workplace during a break.
