How often do I need a new training program?
 
WorkoutExplorer receives workout updates on a regular basis! New programs are available in each training category (e.g. Soccer or Women's Body) every 4-8
weeks. We will continually keep you informed through our newsletter. Within that timeframe of 4-8 weeks, you should work out according to your customized  training program.

 
Why do I need a new training program on a regular basis?

Over the course of the training program, you will notice positive changes in your body. You will get one step closer to your goal every day. To keep it up, it is important to constantly challenge your body with new stimuli. This can be done in two ways: by regularly increasing your training weights and by beginning a new program every 4-8 weeks.

Dynamic Warm Up (DWU)
Strength
Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ)
Cardio Vascular Power (CVP)
Regeneration

For most success with our Workouts we suggest you to write down the used weights and reached reps.
